Business Appraisals

Business appraisals, also known as valuations, are utilized for a variety of purposes including exit planning, estate and gift taxation, divorce, and the buying and selling of businesses. I have testified in valuation cases in Wisconsin and Maryland.

I provide consulting and tax planning services to business owners seeking financing, expansion, and exit strategies. I also provide tax planning for sales and dispositions of assets, inheritances and gifts, and the start up of new businesses.
